This Privacy Policy explains how AceCourt ("we", "our", or "the app") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our application. By using AceCourt, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Device Identifier
We generate and store a random device identifier (Device ID) on your device. This ID is used solely to manage your subscription status, unlocked content, and prediction credits. It is not linked to your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information.
Google Account (optional)
If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your Google Account user ID and basic profile information (name, email) to link your purchases across devices. This is optional and only occurs when you initiate a purchase.
Purchase Information
When you make an in-app purchase, Google Play provides us with a purchase token and product ID to verify and activate your subscription or credits. We do not receive or store your payment card information.
Notification Token
If you enable push notifications, Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) generates a device token that we use exclusively to deliver daily match prediction alerts.
Advertising Identifier
Google AdMob may access your device's Advertising ID (GAID) to serve relevant advertisements. You can reset or opt out of ad personalization in your device settings under Google → Ads.
Your Device ID and associated data (subscription status, credits, notification preferences) are stored on our secure servers. We retain this data as long as you actively use the app. If you have not used the app for 24 months, your data is automatically deleted.
All data transmitted between the app and our servers is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Our backend servers are hosted in the EU and access is restricted to authorized personnel only. We do not store payment card information at any point.
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties. Data is only shared with the third-party services listed in Section 2 to the extent necessary to operate the app, or as required by applicable law.
AceCourt is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To request data deletion, contact us at the email below. We will process your request and delete all associated data within 30 days.
You can also reset your Device ID by uninstalling and reinstalling the app, which severs the link between your device and any previously stored data.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via an in-app notification. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
