This Privacy Policy explains how Predixa AI ("we", "our", or "the app") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our application. By using Predixa AI, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Device Identifier
We generate and store a random device identifier (Device ID) on your device and on our servers. This ID is used to manage your subscription status, unlocked content, and prediction credits. On its own it does not identify you by name, but if you sign in with your Google Account (see below) your email address is stored alongside it so that your purchases can be restored on another device.
Google Account (optional)
The app may ask you to sign in with your Google Account. This is optional: you can dismiss the prompt and continue using the app normally. If you do sign in, we receive your Google Account user ID and basic profile information (name, email address, profile picture). The email address is stored on our servers to link your Google Play purchases across devices; the user ID, name, and profile picture are held in our Firebase Authentication account record. We never receive your Google Account password.
Purchase Information
When you make an in-app purchase, Google Play provides us with a purchase token and product ID, which we store to verify and activate your subscription or credits and to process refunds. We do not receive or store your payment card information.
Notification Token
If you enable push notifications, Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) generates a device token. We use this token to deliver daily match prediction alerts and results, and occasionally to inform you about new features, subscription offers, or promotions. You can turn notifications off at any time in the app's settings or in your device settings.
Usage Analytics
We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the app is used. It records events such as screen views, coupon unlocks, rewarded ad views, and purchase events, together with an app instance identifier. We use this only to improve the app, and we do not sell it.
Advertising Identifier
The app displays advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob accesses your device's Advertising ID (GAID) and basic device and approximate-location information in order to serve and measure advertisements; this information is shared with Google as an advertising network. You can reset your Advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization in your device settings under Google → Ads.
Apart from Google AdMob, which acts as an advertising network, these providers act as processors on our behalf. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with data brokers.
Your device identifier and the data associated with it (email address if you signed in, subscription status, credits, purchase records, notification preferences) are stored on our servers for as long as you use the app. We keep purchase records for as long as required to honour subscriptions, process refunds, and meet accounting and legal obligations.
You can delete your account and its data yourself at any time, from inside the app (VIP tab → Account & Data → Delete my account and data); this takes effect immediately. You can also ask us to do it — see Section 8. We complete deletion requests within 30 days.
All data transmitted between the app and our servers is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Our servers and database are hosted in the EU and access is restricted to authorized personnel only. We do not store payment card information at any point.
We do not sell or trade your personal data. Data is shared only with the service providers listed in Section 2, to the extent necessary to operate the app, or where required by applicable law. Your Advertising ID and related device information are shared with Google AdMob so that advertisements can be served and measured; no other data is shared for advertising purposes.
Predixa AI is intended for users aged 18 and older. Sports prediction content is designed for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time.
In the app: open the VIP tab, scroll to Account & Data and tap Delete my account and data. Your account record and everything linked to it are deleted immediately, and your Google sign-in record is removed.
By request: use the form at ilyassayn.github.io/data-deletion, or contact us at the email address below and include the Google Account email address you signed in with, if any. We complete such requests within 30 days.
Two things are deliberately not erased by deletion. Purchase records are kept for as long as required to honour an active subscription, process refunds and meet accounting and legal obligations. And an irreversible one-way value derived from your device identifier is kept: it cannot be reversed, it identifies nobody, and its only purpose is to stop the same device from redeeming a single-use promotion code again after deleting. Records of promotion codes you redeemed are kept with your device identifier replaced by that same one-way value.
You can also stop future data collection by disabling notifications in the app, opting out of ad personalization in your device settings, and uninstalling the app.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via an in-app notification. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
